RealFakeAi provides image analysis using artificial intelligence to help users assess whether an item or image may be authentic or counterfeit.

All results are informational only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

a. Ownership

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the Service.

b. License

By uploading content, you grant RealFakeAi a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the content solely for:

  • Providing the Service

  • Improving accuracy and performance

  • Security, debugging, and compliance

We do not sell your content.

c. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload:

  • Illegal or unlawful content

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

  • Harmful, abusive, or malicious material

4. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

  • AI analysis is not guaranteed to be accurate

  • Results may be incorrect, incomplete, or inconclusive

  • “Real”, “Fake”, or “Unsure” classifications are estimates only

You agree that any decisions made based on the Service are entirely your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases

  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are managed by Apple

  • We do not store payment information

Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or misuse the Service

  • Attempt to bypass security or usage limits

  • Use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, and app content (excluding user uploads) are the property of RealFakeAi and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealFakeAi shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI results

  • Financial loss or damages

  • Decisions made based on Service output

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
